As a registered charity, we operate in strict compliance with the Inland Revenue Ordinance and best-practice governance principles for charitable organisations, upholding the highest standards of transparency and accountability. Our governing team is composed of experienced professionals from the fields of culture, arts, education, business, and professional services, who volunteer their time and expertise to guide the Association’s strategic direction.
To ensure credibility, our financial statements are audited annually by an independent certified public accounting firm. Audit reports are made publicly available and subject to public enquiry and scrutiny. We pledge that all donations and resources are utilised efficiently and honestly for the charitable arts projects stipulated in our constitution.
